Thibault Grouas is responsible at French Ministry of Culture for developing the digital dimension of the policy in favour of French and the languages of France and for putting technologies and innovation at the service of this policy. He is particularly interested in language technology and involved in the project to set up a center of excellence dedicated to Language technology in France and in Europe.
