Nuria de Lama, Consulting Director at IDC, studied Telecommunications Engineering at UPM (Polytechnic University of Madrid). She has worked +25 years in EU Innovation contributing to more than 40 R&I projects in Digital Platforms, IoT, Big Data and AI. For 17 years she worked for the IT company Atos where she first led the Semantic Technologies, Software and Service Engineering Unit and later became European Programs Manager. She was a key member in NESSI (European Technology Platform on Software and Services), CELTIC cluster (Telecommunications), FIWARE and a founding member of BDVA (and Vice-Secretary General). In IDC she is contributing to a portfolio of projects related to the Data Economy (graph processing, analytics, data platforms and notably Data Spaces).
