Dr. Nikolaos Alexopoulos is a Scientific Associate at the National Cybersecurity Authority (NCSA) of Greece and an Adjunct Lecturer at the Athens University of Economics and Business. He holds a Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and a Ph.D. from TU Darmstadt, where his dissertation focused on software security. His research has appeared in leading cybersecurity venues, including USENIX Security and ACM TOPS. Over the past decade, he has worked across a range of cybersecurity domains (applied cryptography, software security, botnet detection, AI security) through projects funded by EU and national grants.
