Dr. Linda Kleemann is Director of Digital Innovation at GFA Consulting Group and CEO of TolaData, a digital monitoring software company. She leads GFA’s R&D efforts to develop new data-driven solutions and supports digital strategy and implementation across global development projects. Over the past 15 years, she has contributed to numerous R&D projects in the space of data for social innovation and sustainability, and authored numerous scientific publications. Linda has advised the German government on data strategy and collaboration with universities in large-scale multi-country programmes. She currently leads a DATI innovation sprint aiming at innovative ways of using data for scaling university programmes.
