Liliana is an electronic engineer specialised in project management by Industrial University of Santander (Colombia) and holds a Master’s in Innovation management and Science policies by the University of Seville(Spain). Currently, she is working as Specialist in positioning and Data innovation ecosystems at ITI. Liliana is part of the coordination team of EU projects as Datamite and EUHubs4Data (the European Federation of Big Data Innovation Hubs) and now is engaged in different working groups related to the Data Economy and Data Spaces. Liliana has 10 years of experience in ICT projects and has been involved in the definition of strategic agendas for governments and technology centers, support for the development of the HPC capabilities in Colombia, design of technology parks in South America and international cooperation actions aimed at transferring knowledge among South Korea, Colombia and the European Union.
