Jorge Amor is Head of Data and AI Infrastructure at Gradiant, a leading RTO (Research and Technology Organisation) in Spain specialized in connectivity, intelligence and security. He leads teams across data and AI infrastructure capabilities and drives the strategy and development of data and AI foundations that enable the transition from advanced research to real-world adoption by industry.
With a background in Telecommunications and Electrical Engineering and over a decade of international experience, Jorge has held engineering and strategy leadership roles at ASML, Intelcia and Votorantim Cimentos. He contributes to initiatives such as 1HealthAI, fostering innovation in healthcare and beyond.
