Johana is an accomplished Environmental Engineer, having graduated with honours and also holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering. She gained experience in leading projects focused on the provision of environmental services for odour pollution in the industrial sector. Her responsibilities included the application of Colombian regulations to prevent, mitigate, and control air and odour pollution. Her passion for the issue of odour pollution and her proactivity have been instrumental in the success of the odour business area project at Science for Change. As the project lead, she is developing citizen science-related services to manage odour pollution using the OdourCollect tool.
