Dr. Ilias Gialampoukidis received the BSc degree in Mathematics, M.Sc. in Statistics and Modelling and PhD degree in Mathematics from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He is a senior postdoctoral researcher at Centre for Research and Technology Hellas at Information Technologies Institute. His research interests involve multimodal fusion, Earth Observation and Big Data analytics, deep learning, social media mining and industrial IoT analytics. He has co-authored more than 60 publications in international journals and conferences. Currently, he is a senior project manager at the M4D group of CERTH, contributing to project coordination and technical management of 20 active EC-funded projects.
