Håkan has a background in agile development and sustainability education. With commercial enterprises and public authorities he analyses the relation between regulations and businesses as markets evolve through digitalisation. A specific attention is placed on how EU’s digital decade will affect the innovation system, both in terms of how the rules of the market will change but also the role of the national authority as a research partner.
