Eloisa holds a Ph.D. degree in Electronic and Computer Engineering by the University of Cagliari (Italy). Currently, she is working at Cetaqua, Water Technology Center, as a specialist in public funding and as a researcher in the field of Water 4.0. She is also leading the Working Group on Water & Digital Systems for Water Europe. Her main area of research is on Artificial Intelligence applied to the water sector. She is co-author of more than 100 peer-reviewed publications in international journals and conferences, as well as co-editor of 4 research books.
