Chiara Corbo, PhD, is the Director of the Smart AgriFood Observatory and the Food Sustainability Observatory at Politecnico di Milano. She holds a master degree in Business Administration and a Ph.D. in “Agrisystem” from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. Her research areas include strategies, models and technologies for digital innovation in the agri-food sector, with a focus on agricultural sector, food traceability and quality, and innovations for the sustainability of the agri-food supply chains.
