Andrea Rubini holds a MSc in Water Resources Engineering and has more than 30 years of international experience in the water sector, in climate change related impacts in urban and industrial ecosystems. He spent the last 20 years in the multi-level European lobbying context of Brussels where he gained an outstanding knowledge of the EU R&I policies and funding programs. His experiences with the EC DG REGIO, UNDP, African Development Bank, ILO and Universities in EU, Asia and Africa complete his profile. Andrea is the Director of Operations of Water Europe the ETP for Water and is based in Brussels.
