Alessandro Paciaroni is a research assistant and project manager at the Lisbon Council where he coordinates Horizon Europe projects in the field of digital transformation, data economy, digital government and digital governance at large. He previously contributed to lay down the groundwork for the development of a digital infrastructure for a circular economy in the textile industry in Estonia and assisted the research on AI policy focusing on general purpose AI in Europe.
