Manufacturing Data Spaces, as the Data Infrastructure for advanced AI applications
Manufacturing Data Spaces, as the Data Infrastructure for advanced AI applications. The session aims at creating bridges between the three SMI Group pillars, namely Data Spaces, Digital Twins and AI, by exploring and discussing new challenges and opportunities rerlated to the convergence of the three technologies in Manufacturing-driven business scenarios. After a short intro by DG CNECT G1 unit, the Data Spaces pillar will be introduced by the DS4.0 and SM4RTENANCE coordinator (INNOVALIA) in Digital EU programme; the Digital Twin pillar by IDTA implementation in Circular TwAIn (FhG IOSB) in MiE+ADRA Horizon Europe; the AI pillar by two ADRA HEP projects of the cluster “Efficient and Trustworthy AI in the cloud-edge continuum” (AI-DAPT from UNINOVA and PANDORA from NTUA) presenting their scientific / technological approaches applied to Manufacturing use cases. A panel discussion moderated by BDVA SMI group will conclude the session.
- Introduction: Davide Dalle Carbonare (ENGINEERING, BDVA SMI group co-chair) and a representative from the European Commission (TBC)
