2026 EDITION

From Data to Decisions: AI Lifecycle Management Across the Cognitive Computing Continuum

May 5, 2026 - 11:30 - 13:00

Room H3

This workshop will bring together researchers, infrastructure providers, data and AI platform developers, and industry stakeholders to share architectures, methodologies, frameworks, tools, and lessons learned related to AI lifecycle management across the cognitive computing continuum. Contributions from European research and innovation projects, as well as related industrial and experimental initiatives, will be the primary focus of the planned discussions.

The workshop will address a broad range of technical and systemic topics, including:

End-to-end AI lifecycle management across the cognitive computing continuum
Federated learning and collaborative model training across distributed environments
Swarm intelligence approaches for decentralised coordination, learning, and adaptation
MLOps and AIOps for distributed, federated, and swarm-based AI systems
Orchestration and automation of AI pipelines across heterogeneous infrastructures
Data management, governance, and interoperability for distributed AI
Swarm-centric cyberthreats and defense mechanisms
SDKs and Application Programming Models for Distributed Apps
Monitoring, performance management, and continuous optimisation of AI services
Trustworthiness, privacy, and energy efficiency in collaborative AI systems
